I'm just relaying the numbers, I do think it looks more like a 600-700m vessel, based on the antenna's, bridge super structure and windows (the little greenish bits). if you tilt the seamoth forwards (about 45 degrees) you can use its vertical thrust to push you forwards adding about 30 max speed.
